The included cell line overexpresses ProLink-tagged DDR1 and an EA-tagged SH2 domain protein. Upon ligand-induced receptor activation, SH2-EA recruitment leads to production of EFC signal. This cell line enables assessment of ligand (e.g. GDF2/BMP9) induced dimerization of ACVRL1/BMPR2 receptors. This product uses EFC technology. The cell line included overexpresses ACVRL1 target protein fused to PK alongside BMPR2 target protein fused to EA. Upon ligand-induced dimerization of ACVRL1/BMPR2, detectable EFC signal is produced.
